We liked the service and location and affordable prices. There was a valley and forests not far from the place...

Having a private kitchen is a plus, so you can cook your meals! 🍳 Also, being within walking distance to bamboo groves and a river means you can enjoy nature easily. Loved having a balcony in the room to relax on. It's a great starting point for exploring around here!

Rooms were comfortable, well-designed, and equipped with free Wi-Fi and Nespresso machine. the staff was accommodating and helpful. the location was quiet and nestled in a beautiful natural setting.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience, fulfilling all of our exclusive needs. the Spa & wellness centre and massage services were exceptional, leaving us feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. the sun terrace and garden area offered a peaceful atmosphere, while the hot spring bath and open-air bath provided magical moments under the stars. the elegantly designed room had exclusive amenities, making our stay comfortable and unforgettable. the restaurant had special diet menus, serving exquisite dishes with an expertly curated taste. the location advantages were impressive, as it was nestled amidst nature's serenity, offering beautiful scenic views.
The only minor issue we encountered was the limited bar/lounge area which could be improved. the picnic area/tables made up for it by providing an intimate setting surrounded by lush greenery.

The hotel had a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains, which is the best of the hotel's major plus points along with the open-air baths. The room was spacious, clean and the bathroom was well-equipped. The hotel also offered complimentary transfers to a nearby town, which was a great advantage.
The food quality was lacking, especially for the price we paid. the hotel was too crowded during the New Year holiday, making it difficult to fully relax and enjoy the onsen facilities.

The resort was perfect for a city break. The staff was very kind and helpful. They offered a free shuttle that was very convenient, and the outdoor hot springs were amazing. The food was fresh and delicious. In-room amenities included a Nespresso machine and complimentary drinks.
The food could have been better, but that's just personal preference. Some furnishings were missing in the rooms, but overall, they were comfortable and designed well.
